My Story

The path that led me here…

A lifelong curiosity about growth and well-being has shaped my path to coaching. Over the years, I’ve worked in health and community settings, led a shiatsu therapy practice, served as an HR manager for a natural foods cooperative, helped build an organic farm, and co-created Belsolda Farm, a wedding and events venue centered on connection and meaning. While each chapter has been different, they have all shared a common purpose: helping people thrive.

Being the mother of three has been one of my life’s greatest gifts and teachers. Each of my children has invited me to grow in different ways. Their journeys—from Division 1 athletics, to graduate studies, to raising a daughter with Down syndrome whose journey includes Special Olympics—have taught me resilience, deepened my compassion, and strengthened my belief that every person has extraordinary potential.

Today, I have the privilege of helping people reconnect with who they are, navigate life’s transitions, and build lasting self-trust. I believe every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. My role isn’t to fix people — it is to help them uncover the wisdom, strength, and light that already exist within them. Through evidence-based coaching, mindfulness, and decades of lived experience, I help people create meaningful and lasting change.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll often find me running, biking, spending time outdoors, traveling, making memories with my family, or enjoying life on our farm In Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Nature reminds me that some of life’s most meaningful transformations unfold with patience, presence, and trust. Like a sunflower that naturally turns toward the light, I believe we flourish when we turn toward the hope, trust, wisdom, and radiance that have always been within us.
