Lumina offers supportive, whole-person coaching for growth, transition, and well-being.
Sessions are typically held virtually and create a space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change.
You may arrive seeking a stronger sense of direction, navigating change, or feeling that something in your life is ready to shift. Coaching offers a space for discovery, inviting you to explore what matters most and reconnect with your inner wisdom so you can move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.
Our work together is collaborative and client-centered. Sessions are calm, supportive, and conversational. I listen deeply, reflect thoughtfully, and support you in clarifying goals, strengthening self-trust, and integrating change. Over time, clients often experience increased confidence, a stronger sense of well-being, and greater insight with clear next steps to integrate into everyday life.
What Coaching Can Support
People often seek coaching during times of transition, growth, or a desire for deeper connection. This work creates space to slow down, look within, and reconnect with what is true for you.

How it Works
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and take place every 1-2 weeks, allowing space for reflection, integration, and meaningful change between sessions.
Coaching centers on present awareness, strengths, and forward movement. It paves the way for future goals and aspirations. Coaches guide their clients towards accepting the way things are and co-creating strategies for moving forward. A coach lets the client lead the way—honoring their self-knowledge and helping them build self-efficacy.
It is distinct from therapy, which often focuses on healing past experiences or addressing clinical concerns. If deeper therapeutic support would be beneficial, I will always encourage appropriate care. Many people choose to engage in coaching alongside therapy.
I am a certified Gaja Collective Life Coach and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and I integrate this holistic framework into Lumina coaching to support the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
